Due to the demand for new, exclusive limestones and the given opportunity to establish itself in Croatia, the company Stone Consulting Croatia ^® was founded in 2007.

With the help of the politics and subsidies of the Federal Republic of Germany a contact to a Croatian quarry owner and natural stone processor was established.

After evaluating the local conditions of the quarry and the processing possibilities of the raw material, an exclusive merger with the Croatian company and the company Stone Consulting Croatia ^® was brought about.

In the following years, the natural stone San Sebastian ^® was introduced to the German market and the acceptance of the stone’s exclusivity for interior and exterior use led to the stone being registered as a word and picture trademark with the German Patent and Trademark Office in 2012.

At the same time the word and figurative mark Stone Consulting Croatia ^® was applied for. Both applications served to distinguish the stone from the already offered limestones from Croatia in the German market and to emphasize the uniqueness of the stone San Sebastian ^®.

The word and figurative marks of the San Sebastian ^® limestone, as well as the name Stone Consulting Croatia ^® were handed over to the company KERANDO GmbH for exclusive marketing in 2016.
